Basic Preparedness: A “How-To” Guide for Preparedness & Self-Reliant LivingBasic Preparedness, by The Survival Center.

If you’re new to preparedness planning or need a guide that tells you what you need to know without wasting your time with a lot of filler or useless information, you would be hard pressed to find a better book.

It is one of the first preparedness type books that found it’s way into my bookshelf and it shaped a lot of my thinking on survival and preparedness concepts. It is the optimum of simplicity and usability.

It’s twelve sections and 202 pages, cover; Food Storage, Water Storage, Medical Supplies and Sanitation, Shelter, Grains, Processing Foods, Household Products, Tools, Homesteading, Alternative Energy, Self-Defense, Sovereignty and 72 hour kits.

Great information, simplistically written and easily understood – even by those just starting out. Recommended…
