Tag My Book on Amazon

by M.D. Creekmore on April 25, 2011 · 29 comments

If you have time could you do me a favor – on Amazon.com they have “Tags Customers Associate with This Product” down at the lower end of the page could you tag my book “Dirt Cheap Survival Retreat” with the tags survival and homesteading? If you could it would be appreciated. This will help people find the book on Amazon.:-D

You got it M.D.

I never noticed those tags before.

Actually now that I think of it, given how you posted about people buying such things as “clown shoes” through your amazon-link, maybe we shoud link it to “alternative lifestyles” as well: LOL.

Done – by the way, I bought your book a week ago, and read it this past weekend, and couldn’t put it down. You really do have it right, and don’t let anyone tell you differently. Living a simple life is much more enjoyable than what most people do today.

Done. I didn’t know these were here. You learn something new all of the time.

Done, and gladly.

What is a “Tag” and where do I find it?

M.D. Creekmore April 25, 2011 at 6:54 pm

Good to hear from you again – tag can be founds about half way down the page and help amazon know what the book is about.

For those having a hard time finding the “Tags Customers Associate with This Product” section, it’s below “Customer Reviews” and then again below “What Do Customers Ultimately Buy After Viewing This Item?”. The book is great and well worth the price, btw.

Did it last week when I was on Amazon, I clicked off those two and a few more as well. Thanks for all you do on the site!

Happily completed!

Done – along with a few others. My pleasure!!!

Will be glad to do so…but I had to echo Yukon Mike. I’m trying but I ‘m still nearly computer illiterate. What about the dog?

M.D. Creekmore April 26, 2011 at 11:08 am

He never made it back… he will be missed.

Sandra April 26, 2011 at 12:27 pm

Have already done this but I have a question – should we tag preparedness or survivalist or anything else also?

M.D. Creekmore April 26, 2011 at 2:33 pm

I think you are allowed to use up to 21 tags so use whatever you feel is appropriate.

Sandra April 26, 2011 at 12:31 pm

M.D. – among the Apache and other tribes, often an elder would take their “last walk” when they felt it was time for them to pass over. I knew a dog once that did exactly that, also. Perhaps ol’ Duke did the same.

M.D. Creekmore April 26, 2011 at 2:32 pm

I think you are correct – he will be remembered. Thank you.

M.D. Creekmore April 26, 2011 at 5:04 pm

Thank all of you for taking the time to tag my book on Amazon, and for the comments. It is appreciated.
