Quick survival tip grapefruit seed extract for dental pain…

by M.D. Creekmore on October 23, 2012 · 9 comments

I came across your post about dental care. For tooth pain one of the comments said to soak cotton balls in whiskey and pack it in the tooth. I wanted to let you know about Grapefruit Seed Extract .

I have had to deal with severe tooth pain without dental care. I have tried practically every remedy you can find on the web. Grapefruit Seed Extract.  is the most effective, better than benzocaine, aspirin, ibuprofen, even hydrophone.

I’ve tried clove oil, salt water, ice, tea bags…etc.

Grapefruit Seed Extract is potent and worked for me. It also has antibacterial properties and a plethora of other uses. It is supposed to have antibacterial properties. I’m not saying it is a miracle drug, but it has many uses besides toothaches and should be looked at as something to add to a survival kit.

Good find! I’ll add that to my home remedies. But if you have prolonged pain/problems with a tooth, see a dentist ASAP. Numerous dental problems can and have killed people.

Interesting. How do you use it to treat toothaches?

Thanks for the info, but we need to know, do we take it by mouth, pound it into powder and use it directly on the tooth, or??? Would really appreciate your advice!

grapefruit seed extract works very well in getting rid of intestinal parasites as well, it has been used for such in 3rd world countries. Put a couple of drops in some water and drink it, or you can also take it in tablet form. I take a tablet every day just to keep things in order.

I see to it to visit my dentist in Pelham, AL and I don’t self-medicate cause it might worsen the infection or pain I’m experiencing but I must say I admire you for discovering a natural pain reliever for your toothaches and dental pains though, I’m suggesting that you also seek some advices from a professional practitioner as well.

I can appreciate all the natural advice, but as a flight medic and someone who teaches emergency medicine, I can honestly say that nothing beats a Zpack and Cipro. These are the best broad-spectrum drugs a available and a one week supply will set you ba k $75… In a real crisis, these drugs will be worth their weight in gold…and then some. If anyone is interested, I will submit the perfect crash kit of the must have drugs, which anyone an use to save a life. Thx for the great blog.

My Fort mill dentist friend also approved the use of the grapefruit extract though he told me that if the pain is really unbearable he advices that you consult a dentist so he/she could check it up and diagnose what’s the real problem.
