It seemed like every time I stopped by the Wal-Mart to buy more ammunition for the cache, I found myself looking at this toolbox. Sure I could have continued to use that old tackle box like I had for years, it served the purpose well and didn’t really need replacing, but I felt like a kid in a toy store, I wanted something shinny and new to play with. So after looking at this thing for a month I finally saved the money to make it my very own.
Every gun cleaning kit should have an assortment of tools to get the job done right. Solvent, lubricating oil, rods, jags, brushes, patches, old toothbrush, Q-Tips, pipe cleaners, cleaning rags and a dedicated gunsmith screw driver set is a start in the right direction. The better quality Universal Gun Cleaning Kits will have most this stuff, and can be expanded upon as finances allow. The Gunsmith tool box comes with a very basic cleaning kit that can be used as a starting point.
