U.S. Government Using Terrorism Against the American People : Terrorism is defined as: The use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes. The American government has also been using violence and threats to intimidate and coerce the American public for political purposes.

Large Cities All Over America Are Degenerating Into Gang-Infested War Zones : Large U.S. cities that the rest of the world used to look at in envy are now being transformed into gang-infested hellholes with skyrocketing crime rates. Cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Camden, East St. Louis, New Orleans and Oakland were once bustling with economic activity, but as industry has fled those communities poverty has exploded and so has criminal activity.

Brother, Can You Spare a Nickel? : “It’s a common recession-era trope: hard-hit Americans are “clutching every last nickel.” But there’s good news for these frugal nickel clutchers: they may be buying into the investment opportunity of a lifetime.”

The Ammo Box : “There are five boxes to use in the defense of Liberty: The Soap Box, the Mail Box, the Ballot Box, the Jury Box, and the Ammunition Box. Please use them in that order.”

County Sheriffs Can Block Federal Gun Control : “But did you know that no matter what gun control laws are passed by the federal government, they can only be enforced in your area if your county sheriff allows them to be.”

My Name is Cash : “America’s growing underground economy — a necessity in the age of Obama.Farmers markets and yard sales are certainly popular in small town America. Every summer weekend in Texas features some 200 towns with farmers markets.”

Mom hides children, shoots intruder Paul Ali Slater 5 times : “A Georgia mother hid her two 9-year-old twins and shot an intruder, Paul Ali Slater, several times during a home invasion on Friday, according to multiple media reports.”

Obama’s voter base?Welfare recipients take out cash at strip clubs, liquor stores and X-rated shops : They’re on the dole — and watching the pole. Welfare recipients took out cash at bars, liquor stores, X-rated video shops, hookah parlors and even strip clubs — where they presumably spent their taxpayer money on lap dances rather than diapers, a Post investigation found.”

Federal Food Stamp Program Spent Record $80.4B in FY 2012 : During fiscal year 2012, the U.S. government spent a record $80.4 billion on food stamps, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), a $2.7 billion increase from FY 2011. (Fiscal year 2012 ran from Oct. 1, 2011 through Sept. 30, 2012.)

  1. That welfare stripper/porn thing is interesting. You know, all the left leaning “we need to give welfare people more money so they can eat properly” are completely full of crap. Well, we all knew that but I had some interesting confirmation this weekend.

I was surprised to find out a friend of mine was on welfare when he was younger. For quite some time. He was one of the few that actually cleaned himself up, got an education and a job. But he says that all this stuff is B.S. Him and his ilk would get welfare check loan advances and spend it on beer, drugs, smokes, booze, anything else. Why would he spend it on food when that’s what the food bank is for? Why would you spend it on rent when you have subsidized housing they CAN’T kick you out of?

    So yea, ridiculous stuff.

    • riverrider says:

you know, a few clicks of a mouse would fix it where they could only buy certain things with the cards. a few years back my wife went to buy a new car. the dealer refused her credit even though she had a great job and no bad credit. they were giving this welfare mom(use that term loosely) with a pile of kids a loan on a new car. i raised hell and he said they were a sure bet to get their money from garnishing the welfare, seems welfare can’t be stopped as long as a garnishment is on it. i told him shove his car up his ass, walked across the street and paid cash for her a car and drove it around his lot about ten times shooting him the bird as i went.

      • RR,
If you look at the receipt from your local store (grocery or otherwise), it lists each item by name, price, and taxability. It would not be that hard to add food stamp eligibility, but that would no doubt limit the “choice” of those folks spending your and my money.
Had a similar thing happen with a car come years back. This one didn’t involve a welfare mom, but a salesman who was determined to “lease” me a vehicle instead of selling me one. Within the week I purchased a vehicle from a competitor and mailed a copy of the bill of sale with a note that the sale could have been his, to both him and his sales manager. Don’t know what happened after that, but it made me feel better, and sometimes that’s the best you can hope for.

        • Backwoods Prepper says:

The welfare card is more than just food stamp benefits. It is also the card that child support is put on and if they cant get a spouse to pay child support the ADC money is put on it Aid to Dependent Children. The cash portion can be taken of at an ATM or Debit station anywhere.

        • If I had to guess , being in sales for part of my life your salesman was probably one car lease away from a huge bonus or winning some contest. He probably would have mad a few hundred bucks on your car sale but was probably in line for a few thousand is he got that one more lease. If that was the case I can almost bet he did not give one shit about selling you the car but was more interested in getting the lease. Now if it was a dealership that actually “cared” about their customers it would not have been a problem either way, but 95% of them don’t give one crap about their customers just getting that next sale or in your case lease.

        • I don’t know if other states have this but Florida has WICK–it’s food stamps for mothers with infants. They can only but certain (very restricted) things like wheat bread, formula and milk–no junk food. I think the same should be done with all food stamps.

          • Backwoods Prepper says:

I debated the no soda and junk food to a guy one time if looks could kill I’d be dead. But the only reason I did it because I seen his mom and sister loading up their SUV with one whole buggy of little debbies. I think you should be allowed to buy cake you just have to make it and put icing on it. There is no need to buy soda, your body requires water not soft drinks. You are not allowed to purchase deli items with food stamps and that is becuase it’s already prepared. what Irks me the most was this same guy claiming his sisters kids on taxes (3) and getting back over 9000 dollars, while I claim my daughter and owe 1600. makes my blood boil.

  2. riverrider says:

in good news, va ag won a HUGE case against the EPA. the judge decided they “overreached” their authority trying to regulate rain water, yeah, rainwater, as a pollutant. gotta love ken cuchinelli, he’s giving them hell. i’m hoping the states will balk on frankenstein’s gun grab. i know cooch will. there may be hope of averting a revolution yet. ….saw the cryptkeeper on sunday morning saying the tax on the rich wasn’t enough “revenue” and she would be going for more. of course she will, she needs more for subsedies to her husbands endevours, nascar, puerto rican rum, etc. its a shame 3 or 4 duchebags run the freaking country and nobody will step up and put them in their place. what keeps otherwise good people in line behind these tyrants?

  3. Troy Bartlett says:

about the woman that protected herself and her kids, MSN ran a article that read: Trigger- Happy Mom shoots…..

    • riverrider says:

      you…have…got….to…be…kidding:(

    • SurvivorDan says:

Clearly, she was trigger happy. She retreated to a closet with her children BUT she took the gun with her. Diabolical and homicidal. It’s obvious she wanted every excuse to kill this person of color. And the gun was LOADED!
She fired six shots. Under the same circumstances I’m sure the MSN lady news people would have fired a warning shot and then, if necessary, shot to give him a small (less than lethal) flesh wound in order to scare him off. I’ve seen it done in movies so it must be possible.
The decent thing to do would have been to give him the gun and make him promise to leave consequently. ;)

      • worrisome says:

How come she only fired six shots????? Because that is all the bullets the gun would hold! The MSN lady would have asked the intruder to help her figure out how to use the the damned gun!

      • “Honest your honor, I was in so much fear for my childrens’ lives more than my own, and when that man came at us I was so scared I just kept pulling the trigger until it stopped.”

…The noise and the culprit. ;O)

        • Who are you kidding… every time the bullet stuck him he’d move… thus still a threat. I had to shot until I ran out of bullets, and he quit moving.

  4. When they started the EBT cards here, they said they wanted them to look like regular credit/debit cards so people would not be embarrassed to use it. I say make it the size of a auto license plate with a chain like a dog collar.

    • Backwoods Prepper says:

Too funny I would love to see that. I seen a black lady with a sweat suit on in walmart with a dollar food stamp on the front it said those where the days and the whole leg was a foodstamp

    • The Last American says:

      Very very funny JP,

I almost lose my religion when I get behind somebody using one.

      • worrisome says:

Especially one that has freshly manicure fingers and toes, has the latest cell toy in her hand, has a big ol Starbucks she is drinking…..and is yelling at the cashier because something she has bought is not eligible for her card.

    • Back when I was paying my way thru college as a grocery sacker at a food chain, I bagged up this womans groceries that paid with WIC and foodstamps. I loaded them into the trunk of a Jag and she got in behind the wheel. While I was back there I got the plate number and gave the info to my manger. If you actually need the help, them I’m all for it. But if your rollin in a Jag you don’t need the help. You need a cheaper car.

      • New prepper says:

Have worked most my life in grocery retail. I could spend hours telling about abuses and how much I love selling them products that I can not afford to eat. Very seldom do you see foodstamps used properly. WIC does seem to be closer to how things should be done to help.

    • rofl

    • worrisome says:

sooooooooooooo if they can do this, why bother to tax us at all?????

      • Because the govt is greedy and they don’t want you to have anything. Just think of what we could have if we wasn’t giving 25% or more to the govts.

  5. Thomas T. Tinker says:

MD>>>>> Hey MD! Wanna start a poll on how long this crap can be kept going? Making delivery to the winner could be a problem… maybe not so good an idea.

  6. Dean in Michigan says:

Give ya one guess what all those crime ridden cities have in common.

  7. The Last American says:

Bob Woodward said on TV this Sunday that “American would have burned if a Tea Party member had been Speaker of the House and a deal had not been cut on the Fiscal Cliff”.

This implies to me that the Dem’s are willing to “Let It Burn” to get their way.

Pat Buchanan also said this weekend, “There will be a revolt, if Obama get his way on gun control”.

    • The Republicans would let it burn to get there way as well. Between the two this country is definitely going to hell. They are like a bunch of spoiled two year olds if they don’t get their way. So much for leading by example.

There WILL BE a revolt if the Gestapo comes after our guns. Just think about all the redneck hunters that try for one shot… one kill. It will be a war zone in our own country.

      • SurvivorDan says:

Hope you’re right. I have Australian friends who said the same thing. They gave up their guns like little lambs.
The alternative was get fined. Get charged. Go to jail. Lose their jobs.
The stark realities involving keeping their families housed and fed made them capitulate.
Hopefully we Americans are made of stronger stuff….

        • I see a lot giving up their guns because they have no gumption…. but I also see some diehard 2nd amendment fans going to battle over their right to keep and bear arms.

        • SurvivorDan says:

This is going to happen quickly.
          Sheesh!
I may never get to those little brown girls in Palau or the PI.
That wrecking of my plans by the Left will just make me meaner.

      • SW

One side wants to cut spending the other wants to raise taxes and spend more… The federal government is too large with too many programs, departments, agencies and its overreaching nose in everyone’s butt. It should be about 5% of its current size. The federal government should provide military protection against invasion or attack and insure that our constitutional rights are not violated and that’s about it. The bulk of the governing should be done at the state level…

        • I agree with ya 100%.

And both sides will destroy this country because they only think of themselves… not the people that they are supposed to be representing.

Back when the fiscal cliff bs was going on I read an article that plainly stated that both sides would allow us to go over the cliff so they could prouldy say they didn’t budge. Then after we went over they would get to work about seeing who should get tax breaks. This way their political clout was solid in their eyes. It wasn’t about what was best for the American people… it was what’s best for their political career.

        • SurvivorDan says:

“The federal government should provide military protection against invasion or attack and insure that our constitutional rights are not violated and that’s about it.”

And maybe regulate international commerce. And establishing and maintaining a national currency (in a more rational manner).
But other than those two caveats, I agree.
          States rights.
Alexander Hamilton is turning over in his grave.

        • SurvivorDan says:

Sometimes I’m not so sure about the side that purportedly wants to cut spending. THEY spent it pretty well when in power. Later THEY said , “We lost our way…” What was that? Now THEY capitulate so easily after feigning to put up ‘the good fight’.
Don’t get me wrong, I have far more in common with THEIR platform than those Lefty traitorous bastards.
But I believe, in the long run, THEY all dance to the same tune and we , the people, are f**cked.
As we are gently eased into socialism/OneWorldGov’t we are assuaged by the vicissitudes of right and left political gain. The back and forth but inevitable gain by the Left is apparent. But then we conservatives are thrown a bone. Pacify, mollify, condition…..and slowly we are weaned to the New World Order. The slow change, the occasional conservative uptick avoids a violent revolution by the Right. Conquest by slow attrition and incremental changes. And meanwhile more and more folks become reliant on the government’s largesse.
          Insidious….

  8. If any of the wolf pack uses Bank of Americia, they should drop those accounts and tell Bank of Americia why: found on CNSNews.com :
“My name is Joe Sirochman owner of American Spirit Arms…our Web site orders have jumped 500 percent causing our Web site e-commerce processing larger deposits to Bank of America. So they decided to hold the deposits for further review.

“After countless hours on the phone with Bank of America, I finally got a manager in the right department that told me the reason that the deposits were on hold for further review — her exact words were — ‘We believe you should not be selling guns and parts on the Internet.’”(emphasis added)

    • Mystery Guest says:

I have not had dealings with BofA since the late 60′s. It was before the DMV so kindly started to issue ID cards for those that didn’t drive. My mom went in to cash my dads payroll check and they treated her like S_ _ _. She went across the street to a new bank and they were glad to help her in any way they could.
I had been buying US bonds through them. I took them into the bank and cashed them in. The girl asked me why and I said as loud as I could because they had “Bank of America” on them and I wanted nothing to do with the place.
I hate the blasted place. Later after I married we had a car financed through them (we had no choice) and they had the insurance so messed up. I refused to talk to them so when my husband got home and I told him they still had it messed up after 5 or 6 notices he called and told them to get on the ball or he would have the insurance company deal with them. Well come to find out the lazy butted girl had the policy on her desk and she couldn’t see it. Jerks!!!!!

    • I kicked BOA to the curb a long time ago. Best thing I ever did.

    • SurvivorDan says:

      Not surprised.
I dumped B of A a long time ago for their stupidity.
      Their attitude…

I’m sure he’s switching banks as soon as he can get his credit card service switched to another bank. P in the A.

    • That was one of the reasons I got out of BoA. My home loan was with them; look at the news on their settlement of “issues” with older loans. We re-arranged our debt to pay it off before they could screw it up.

  9. Dear Mr. Security Agent by Matt Bracken. Long but a good read

Gotta love the quote at the top of the page.

I’ve been polishing my barter skills as of late. All this time I thought god gave me blue eyes to help with picking up girls.Who knew they would help in other areas. I’ve been using cash as much as possible since tdl was reelected. It may bring back some of the old values. like taking a man on his word or a handshake, but only in close community circles. It would be a start. jm2c

  11. SurvivorDan says:

Can’t hardly comment these days as my fuse is smoldering.
    But, I’m paying attention. ;(

    • worrisome says:

SD, a smoldering fuse is one day a big ol fire! ’tis good to keep an ember going!

    • You’re not the only one smouldering… and one day there will be an explosion hear around the world when all those fuses ignite for a common cause.

  12. Nationwide Gun Buying Surge Skips Connecticut, Colorado In Wake Of Mass Shootings

Tennessee saw among the highest increase in gun checks at the end of last year, with 91,922 background checks in December, up from 59,840 in November. Bernstein said sales after the Connecticut shooting “went on steroids.”

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/07/gun-buying-surge-connecticut-colorado_n_2423013.html?utm_hp_ref=business&icid=maing-grid7%7Cmain5%7Cdl40%7Csec3_lnk3%26pLid%3D253500

    • SW,

And those stupid, dumb as dirt politicians think they have a chance or that they are going to get everyone’s guns. If folks planned to turn them over no one would be buying them.

      • Never said the politicians were smart LMAO

      • riverrider says:

m.d., i wish i was as sure of that as you are brother. in the end, they’ll be happy to hand them over to avoid jail. if i was emperor o, i would precipitate a food shortage, blame it on the insurgents and offer free food for turning in a gun/insurgent.

        • Whereas if folks would stand together there wouldn’t be enough jails or FEMA camps to hold everyone and we’d get our country back. Just think… In TN alone there was 91,922 applications. That doesn’t mean they only bought one gun since you can buy multiples at the same time. For the sake of argument lets say only 75,000 of those got approved. That would be 75k weapons in the 2nd amendments favor if the populace had the balls to stand up and use them. Now think about all the other states that had record sales.

          • SurvivorDan says:

I hope the positive thinking is right but I believe only a few will stand up to the FEDs. Maybe the few will inspire others…
All my kids are grown. They are doing well.
I don’t have much to lose defending my freedom.

            • SurvivorDan says:

I think the Left will move hard and fast on new gun restrictions/confiscations. They won’t do it in an election year. THEY have to move now. THEY know THEY have to push legislation through this year.

      • SurvivorDan says:

If I had any guns I’d have moved most of them and the bulk of the ammo to a relatives house who doesn’t own any. And buried some.
I only own a BB gun but I’m just sayin’….

    • I stopped by a “Gander Mountain” shop today and asked for a Beretta M9A1, they didn’t have one and didn’t seem to care. I’m, sure that was just the clerk I was dealing with not the store itself. So, I drove to a “Bass Pro Shop” and asked to buy the same gun. The clerk said they didn’t have one but he would check on its availability. He called me over to look at his computer screen, the only Bass Pro Shop that had a M9A1 was the one in Miami FL. All of the stores were listed and showed zero for inventory, except the one store. Just found it amazing that there were only two for sale in the “States” at that chain of stores. Both shops said they’ve sold more guns (hand and long) in the last two months that the previous 12. Wonder why sales are up?

      • Im not surprised. Several weeks ago I stop by my somewhat local gun place and tried to get a Taurus PT92. They didn’t have one and called their distributor. They couldn’t even get one and didn’t know when there were going to be able to. :(

    • riverrider says:

thats an outright lie by the huff. denver gun show sold out of everything tactical in one hour. the operator said on camera they had sold more guns in one day than all season. colorado instachecks were way up after the shooting, and abc report claimed the same for ct, though their stats are off due to the paperwork lag. the surge there won’t show until the forms work there way thru. i don’t beleive anything huff has to say, ever.

  13. axelsteve says:
