States Aim to Nullify Obama Gun Control : “Numerous bills have already been introduced in state legislatures, for example, that would nullify unconstitutional federal gun control and even criminalize enforcement of such lawless restrictions. Texas, Wyoming, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Iowa, and other states are considering nullification legislation in the wake of Obama’s recent push to enact gun control by executive decree and proposals sent to Congress.”

NBC/WSJ poll: NRA more popular than entertainment industry : “As Washington prepares for a political battle over the Obama White House’s proposals to curb gun violence after the Newtown, Conn., shootings, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds that the National Rifle Association is more popular than the entertainment industry.”

‘Political coward’ Binyamin Netanyahu sees rift with Barack Obama widen : “Netanyahu aides accused Obama of interfering in the Israeli election following publication of an article by Jeffrey Goldberg, which quoted the president as saying: “Israel doesn’t know what its own best interests are.” Obama, wrote Goldberg, viewed Netanyahu as a “political coward”.”

Your Brain in a Shootout: Guns, Fear and Flawed Instincts : “It’s also possible that the mere presence of armed teachers or guards could deter a shooter from attacking altogether. There would be no need to perform well in a gunfight—because there would be no gunfight.”

The Government Debt Bubble Will Eventually Burst : “Why are so many politicians around the world declaring that the debt crisis is “over” when debt to GDP ratios all over the planet continue to skyrocket? The global economy has never seen anything like the sovereign debt bubble that we are experiencing today. The United States, Japan, and nearly every major nation in Europe are absolutely drowning in debt.”

The Real Reasons that Germany Is Demanding that the U.S. Return Its Gold : “The German’s are demanding that the U.S. return all of the 374 tons of gold held by the Bank of France, and 300 tons of the 1500 tons of bullion held by the New York Federal Reserve.”

the only one that sticks out as non-typical, as in more crap from the crap masters in d.c., is the germany thing. man, they have some balls asking for their gold back don’t they? okay let them have it, and take every one of our troops out and every tank and missile out too. they can spend the gold on defense or let the russians have it. jackwagons…..hmmm, nullification(secession?)…how does the middle states of america sound? central states? flyover states, lol! keep up the good work, m.d.!

    • Thomas T. Tinker says:

Be fair RR…… be nice. The Krouts sent the gelt over here to protect if from the Warsaw Pack. WE have used it as collateral against no one knows how many “Trillions” in debt instruments and loans to self. As we won’t give it back…. right away… and agreed to hand back over a 7 year period.. The hard money world agrees that the Fed./NYC dosen’t have it all.

Wouldn’t you be pissed if your bank used your hard assets as loan instruments or raided your safe deposit box….. Ah…. they have…. see MFGLOBAL. The Germans are not the first to ask for the gold…. back… not even in the first 5.. or six… er 7.

I count myself lucky to pay attention to the economic wake up call. Deport yourself and the location of your hard assets to suit.

Man I am not trying to piss anybody off….. just think we… should pay attention to the ‘motivation’ behind.. or in front of this move by the Bundisbank. (did i spelk that rite?)

    • Backwoods Prepper says:

Definitley Flyover states, We wouldn’t want them stopping on their way trough

    • RR,
It’s THEIR gold, and we can’t give it back for what reason? Perhaps because it’s been used as collateral for god knows what else and how much?
As for the country name, I still like united States of America, with DC being the 51st state, after we remove the politicians and the bureaucrats, AND after we place term limits on congresscritters and repeal the 17th amendment. Put the power back with the states where it belongs. And finally, the politicians get to pay into social security and retire on that also.

      • Hunker-Down says:

        OhioPrepper,

Smells like the same cover that prohibits the audit of Fort Knox.

      • OhioPrepper,

But obama thinks we have 57 states, so our 50 has to accommodate the expectations of the ‘nitwit’ that has no clue how the US works. So, in my opinion the true Americans need to fund the 7 states, unknown in our Republic as a safety net to run too…! We can have corrupt cops, politicians, and entitlements in a smaller scale!

  2. Anybody read this this weekend? It’s a study from the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point. The far right they are talking about in the study Are the Klukkers, the white supremacists and the militias. It’s only 148 pages, took me less than 30 minutes to go through it. Interestingly enough the top five places for hate crimes involving violence (with the exception of Texas) are all blue states. California and New York rank 1 and 2. Florida is 3, Texas 4 and Illinois (Land of the Obama plague) number 5 while the southern states are further down the list. The table is on page 96 of the pdf. Also interesting was seeing how the the incidence of violence climbed as the economy dipped and also related to Democrat vs Republican control of the Congress. Hopefully a follow up done on the far left groups will follow.

  3. What could DoJ have to hide? The program was a bust, nothing currently going on, so no pending external criminal case ongoing.

  4. I’m glad to see that States are getting on board with reversing the trend of Federal dominance over issues that should be handled at the State level.

  5. Germany wants it’s gold back. I wonder if the Powers That Be in Germany are more worried about the economies of their “allies” than they are the threat of invasion from the East?

    • They wat it ………..come and get it . Call it belated war reparations owed for allowing Der Furher to take over a mear 30 years after they started the first one .

  7. The problem with Il is that all the population is in Chicago. Out of about 12 million or so in the state 8-9 million are in the chicago area and they push their agenda on the rest of the state. Once you get 60 miles out from Chicago it is really all farm and rural country for the most part. So all the hate crime stats are really for the chicago metro area and not the rest of the state, have to figure that is the way in NY and FL also. Lived in Bloomington for 4 years and just hated to go into Chicago for meetings and most of the time that was not even in the city but in Joliet and Naperville.

  8. Below is a list of companies that support Obummer according to this article

Organizations with lobbying arms that are backing the inauguration — which include labor unions in addition to major corporations — have spent $283 million lobbying since Obama first took office, according to an analysis from the Center for Public Integrity.

    Inaugural Corporate Donors Include
Bank Of America, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, AT&T, FedEx.

  10. Rider of Rohan says:

I don’t know if anyone saw it, but the Democrat gun control law that didn’t pass in New York included gun and magazine confiscation. These proposals were made in secret negociations and were never known to the public. For all those who say they won’t come for our guns, one needs look no further that what the Democrats just pulled in NY. They were very close to confiscation, and that is exactly what the Democrats want to do. They can’t hide from it any longer.

    • No Longer a Sheep says:

      Confiscation would cause a Revolution!

      • Cant’ confiscate what they don’t know about. And if they start trying to search houses without a warrant then they are in big trouble. There is one very easy solution to this problem and lots of other problems VOTE THEIR ASS OUT!!!!!! The scumbags have finally reached the point when they no longer represent what the people want( just what they THINK they want) and it is time to go. I just thank God I live in a state the respects the 2nd’ amendment and will pass laws against any Federal regulations. Before I had my “boating accident” and lost all my guns only one was bought with records to say I have it , the rest were all private sales.

        • SonofLiberty says:

We’ve had our opportunity to vote them out, but we keep electing the same bunch back into office. Most of those in office have been elected/re-elected again & again.

The option is to elect NEW reps & sentators, not the same tired old bunch. I get tired of elections. With all the graft, manipulation, and electronic theft of votes it’s going nowhere.

It has come to the point the uninformed voter is electing those into power who are there just to line their pockets, exercise control over the masses, and become powerful men/women.

          Ridiculous.

  11. MENTALMATT says:

Riverrider, I’m with you bro, alot of nonsence going on right now!!!

  12. So the NRA is more popular than the entertainment industry. I’ve also read that they beat congress. TDL is trying to make the NRA out to be folks who want to keep the second amendment at any cost, and he is right, because the keeping and bearing and using (if required) of arms is a “right”, period, end of discussion.
The NRA is not a point of discussion but an organization of 4+ million and according to Wayne LaPierre on the Hannity show a few days ago, well on it’s way to 5 million. What TDL doesn’t seem to know or care about, that the congresscritters do, is that each of the NRA nenbers has numerous votes that they influence, from the spouse, to children, and their co-workers who may be non-members. If you cross the gun lobby (which is I assume all of us) then you do it at your own peril.

  13. Rider of Rohan says:

OhioPrepper, this bunch in Washington now has the entire media other than Fox News and talk radio under its control, and there will be an all-out assault on the NRA and gunowners, much like the successful strategy they used to “kill” Mitt Romney. If you remember correctly, the Obama campaign decided early on not to run on his record but to spend its money accusing Romney of murder and tax evasion among other nefarious things.

If you noticed from the election results, Romney received less votes than McCain, which surprised me greatly. White people just didn’t turn out because they had been convinced by Obama that Romney was worse than he was. These voters couldn’t bring themselves to vote for Obama, but didn’t vote for Romney either, just choosing to stay at home instead.

I’ll bet there are many of these voters who stayed home on MD’s website that we interact with every day. If people don’t wake up really soon, we are going to find ourselves right in the middle of a genocide. And we will be the victims.
