The guy actually shooting is my very good friend that I grew up with together and that was also in the Marine Corps with. The other guy in the photo is one of his best friends. They both shoot "all the time" and they make all sorts of funny videos and pictures. They live in Indiana where they allowed to have class 3 (automatic) weapons, and they do some hilarious things.
Don't let the pic fool you. These guys know their sh#t and are only making amusing pictures for entertainment value. :)

The first time they posted it, it had a few hundred thousand views before it was banned. This one has 27k views.
To clarify again: These guys really know what they are doing and are actually very proficient. Think of them as stuntmen. ;)
