  1. Mystery Guest says:

    800 new laws in California.
I was already breaking the law when I crawled out of bed every morning. There had to be a law against it.

    • worrisome says:

Feinstein was right there when Harvey Milk ate a bunch of Twinkies, went psychol and shot up SF City Hall. Despite the fact that she and all other knew the man was nutso, she blames the gun so she doesn’t have to look at the fact that she was amongst them that did not call in for help before the event and get that weirdoo under control. To this day, she blames the tool not the person……….and she is doggedly determined once she decides to be………..to the point of being a bit psychotic herself.

  2. Re: U.S. Army spraying U.S. population with toxic chemicals

This is for real–this story is printed in every bioethics textbook. In the case that is often cited in bioethics books, the Army sprayed to test the effectiveness of their chemical in preventing radiation from a nuclear attack.

  3. Oliver Stone is correct. This is an Orwellian state. His problem is he believes the TeaParty/Conservatives are the culprits. The reality is that Soros/the MSM/and the Chicago Leftist political machine are the real bad guys.

    • worrisome says:

Maybe it a little of both sides that are contributing to this. Don’t be so eager to just blame one side in the Orwellian Spy State that is being created here.

  4. Well, It’s another year. However, SSDD!

  5. Tactical G-Ma says:

    1. I am 100% certain the govt/military conducted tests on people, sometimes without their knowledge. I was a subject in at least one test. Active duty enlisted military, prisoners, and the poor were used as test subjects because we had no choice.

    2. Californians might as well be from another planet. You can smoke dope but  you can’t take a dump without a permit. They have no rights at all.

    3. What does Oliver Stone care? He already has his gazzillion dollars and lives on another planet.

    4. Why is it that the new farmer’s Almanac says the solar winds and flares are decreasing as the sun is on the declining side of its 11 year cycle and it is highly unlikely we will suffer a natural EMP in 2013?

    5. As for Sandy Hook and gun control, I can do no more than I have already and don’t want to hear another thing unless an official release of information. Too many people have benefitted from the killing of those children.

    • Tactical G-ma,
      +1

    • #5… they damn sure have. Try finding a AR10 or AR15, Mags to go with it or even the ammo. Hell… I cant even get any CCI 22 rounds because they are backordered as well. Sheesh.

  6. MountainSurvivor says:

Nobody give up your guns and stick with the U.S. Constitution because that is what is standing between the anti-gunners, communists/socialists (nazis) and what they would like to do to our nation. If we do not want to be enslaved and holocausted, we must not let what “they” have done get the better of us. We must protect the document at all cost or it will be over regarding our Freedom. Forget not Hilter, Stalin, Mao, etc. because their children and their children’s children and the atomatons they have created are chomping at the bit. Rotten card carriers!

  7. mountain lady says:

The New Year’s celebration in Sacramento was cancelled last night after a deadly shooting at the venue. With 800 new laws and the shooting, I wonder what else the state is in for this year, just saying.

  8. The Last American says:

M.D. went through all of this work, somebody should post.

The way I see it, our gun rights are the only thing keeping Obama from turning this country into a Communist Dictatorship.

Maybe the Jew Bankers, or some such group is behind this mess, but I’ll need real proof before I buy it. What I do know is that we have a Communist in our White House and he is following the same agenda that all the other Communist Dictators have done in the past to first destroy a country, so that they can rebuild It into what “The Party” wants.

Obama and his buddies are planning a real bad economy and so He needs to take away our weapons to prevent a counterrevolution. Is it really that simple?

  9. riverrider says:

okay you guys aren’t going to believe this….a blogger looking into the batman/sandy hook thing noticed another name on the map- narrows. they googled it and the only school with that name was narrows, virginia. student saw the blog, called state police, schools closed tomorrow while they investigate, film at eleven……folks, getting spooky out there….on another note, i’m predicting the shooting starts this year, with the bullets going the other way this time. praise the lord and pass the ammo. god save the republic. happy new year ;)

  10. Well hot damn… finally someone with some sense.

Authorities in a suburban county north of New York City said on Tuesday they will refuse to release names of local gun permit holders to a newspaper that has been publishing the identities of thousands of license-holding residents.

Putnam County Clerk Dennis Sant said he would defy a request for information about pistol permit holders from the White Plains, New York-based Journal News, which has come under criticism for publishing thousands of such identities already.

“There is the rule of law, and there is right and wrong and the Journal News is clearly wrong,” Sant said in a statement. “I could not live with myself if one Putnam pistol permit holder was put in harm’s way, for the sole purpose of selling newspapers.”

  11. Thankfully DM columnist Peter Hitchens injects some common-sense in the British Media’s otherwise biased, sensationalist, and widely inaccurate reporting on the Connecticut tragedy;

“Stop and think – and you will realise that banning guns is a waste of time”

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-2252205/Stop-think–realise-banning-guns-waste-time.html

  12. As I recall the Brits lost there say in this country in let’s say 1776, and then we had to spank them again in 1812 to keep them on the straight and narrow. Only one saying clearly defines what will happen if they try confiscation. Game On.

  13. Unfortunately, Mexneck, The left gets much of it’s inspriration from the other side of the pond. Gay rights, Gun control, the Green takeover all had an about 15 year head start there.

    • Agreed. My BIG problem with all this is how uneducated Americans seem to be about their own guberment and why we have the Bill of Rights. The Second Amendment to the Constitution is just one of 10 that make up the Bill of Rights. Sadly I don’t think one in 50 college grads could name all ten or 5 of the founding fathers. When they removed God from the class room they also removed civics and responsibility for ones own actions. I just saw a survey that said recent college grads believe they are the greatest generation. Ha! They can’t even go anywhere without GPS and couldn’t find North with a compass. Walk more than 50 yards? You’re joking right? Lol

      • Mexneck,

It’s the dumbing down of United States of America… some think that this is intentional so we can be manipulated and easier to control. It’s surprising how many people will tell you that we live in a free country.

        • MD,
I was pleasantly surprised to meet some younguns at the San Antonio gun show that had their head on straight about the Constitution and why they were at the gun show. It was refreshing.

  14. Mexneck; I’m not certain if they could name the vice president or sec of state. I used to think Jay Leno was joking with his Jaywalking bit. He wasn’t. And most of his “victoms” wer college students.

And I often feel the same, M.D.
