  6. I clicked on the link but the number of votes for this site never increased–something is amiss with the counting. I even cleared my cookies and tried a second time–sill my vote never got counted.

  7. My vote’s in! But I’m confused. Maybe I’m dense or something, but what do the “vote in/vote out” columns mean?
